Make My Trip - Compensation not received

We booked a trip to kashmir and paid *lac in advance. Our connecting flight from jaipir to sringar via delhi got cancelled when we reached at delhi. We informed make my trip at that point around *:**pm and keep pursuing them for providing some solution they asked to talked to indigo and get resolution at our own even though we tried this and we came to know that due to bad weather there is no other flight for next two days. We talked to customer care and may representative of mmt and convey the same but they kept informing us that manage to reach at srinagar at your own. There were no cars no flights to reach at srinagar. We conveyd all fact to MMT. And we were surprised to see that from *:**pm to *:** pm around * hours we kept on calling to mmt to at least provide us some accommodation at delhi or to provide us any help in reaching back to jaipur. But for a surprise there were no help instead they every time kept on repeating that somehow reach at Srinagar. We found the company so insensitive and irresponsible. They kept on saying that your package is non refundable and we asked them to at least help us as we both were girls and were all alone at delhi. Finally we somehow booked a cab by *:** pm at our own and reached at our home at mid night *:**. Had to pay around **** /-to the driver and had expenses of ****/- all this while. Then in morning we received a mail that they cancelled our trip and as it was a non refundable trip so not paid even a single rs to us. We kept on raising and pursuing them that we did not cancel the trip and it was all due to flight cancellation and mmt should should have at least helped us all this while and we deserve to get back our all money. But mmt is not ready to pay even a single rs. Our package was booked from Jaipur to srinagar and we stucked at our very first day at delhi and returned back to jaipur after such an bed experience. Such an big company and soo irresponsible and insensitive towards it’s customers. We are raising our voice to mmt continuously to get back our money ******/-. We deserve our money back.
