I am writing to formally request compensation for the significant delay of my recent flight with Indigo. Unfortunately , it was delayed without prior notification.
This delay caused me considerable inconvenience as I had to attend an important event. I was travelling with my Grandmother and she started feeling very uneasy . As a passenger, I understand that delays can occur, but the lack of timely communication and support during this situation was disappointing
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
