I want to inform you that my flight (*E ***) from Cochin (COK) to Mumbai (BOM) was delayed on **th August **** and I missed my connecting flight from Mumbai Airport to (RUH) Riyad Airport, Saudi Arabia. Since my exit entry visa for Saudi Arabia was expiring on the next day **th August ****, it was an urgent requirement to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on **th August ****. But reschedule was arranged to Damman airport which was *** km away from my original destination.
This unexpected incident resulted in an additional expense of **** SAR also a penalty from my employer since I was reported to work one day later. I am therefore of the opinion that I am entitled to financial compensation.
I incurred expenses due to the flight delay, which were not compensated by your airline. Indigo has a statutory obligation to issue compensation for such expenses.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
