Shailesh Bokil filed complaint against Indigo on May 12, 2024
I had booked a Indigo flight for *th March from Mumbai to Stockholm which after being delayed for about ** hours was finally cancelled. Me and my family were stranded first at Mumbai airport and then at Istanbul Airport for over ** hours. We would have reached Stockholm on *th March **:** but finally reached on **th March **:**. At Istanbul Airport we didn't even get proper food to eat and we're sitting on the floor for over ** hours.
After all this trouble Indigo had offered a compensation of *** euros per passenger and now even after * months still following with Indigo for compensation and the only answer I get is transfer is under process. Does a bank transfer take over * months? I feel Indigo is just cheating the customers.
