okinawa praise pro - company not returning battery and charger

i have bought okinawa praise pro scooter on ** june **** and the company give a warranty of * years on their charger and battery clearly mentioned in their service booklet, i got a problem in my baatery and charger parallely on **/*/** so i gave the dealer my battery and charger on **/*/** initially they said it takes **-** days for a battery to get repair and come back and charger is dependent upon its availiability so i submitted both on **/*/**. and the company now not picking up the phone nor their representatives are picking up the phone since the vehicle is an electric vehicle i am standing at a almost zero position since the battery and charger voth have been deposited in the company and now there is no response from their end and they are not even picking up their phones.
***********; ***********; ********** no one is responding pls help. the vehicle standing at my home and i have to take one another vehicle due to this sufferings.
