Club Resorto Hospitality Ltd - Club resorto holiday package

I took a * years package with a cost of *.* lakh ,on that package they offered me two vouchers. Now they are saying both the vouchers expired as informed by them. When I booked they didn't mention any expiry date for the one of voucher. One voucher is two night three days and other one is three night four days and a ** k air ticket,where no expiry date mentioned but now club resorto team is saying it's expired,I asked where it mentioned and why didn't you inform me prior. No answer for this,only naraativevis it's company policy. I asked why the marketing guy didn't mention it in written,no answer. They want to cheat ,don't want to pay for both the vouchers.
