Zoomcar India Pvt Ltd - Company lying on refund amount
Sam Rahul Rajshekhar filed complaint against Zoomcar India Pvt Ltd on Dec 14, 2018
I had ordered a car for rent from zoom car on november. They charged me ****/- which was including security deposit of ****/-.
They said the money would get credited back to your source of payement account once you end the trip. They charged some extra kilometre charge and said they would return the sum amount of rs ****/-.
Till today I haven’t received that amount back to my account and they have stopped giving me replies to my emails.
I am attaching my bank statement from the date of booking till today i.e: **th November **** to **th December ****. Their app is showing fake as the money has been initiated for refund but no money has been received by me.
