Flipkart - Company did the fraud with me

I ordered cargo pant through Flipkart which I received on the date * Feb ****. It was a birthday gift for someone. But when I check it. It was of very poor quality and have a different label. Doesn't have worth **** which I have paid. I raised a request to return it on the next day. Ekart executive comes and pick the product and within half an hour and advised to raise a different request to pick up that product. After that, the problem has started. I called Flipkart near about ** times and send mail to pick my product. But due to unknown reason every time it's cancelled from Flipkart. I have fed up with Flipkart. Never expected this kind of service from Flipkart. Finally, on the date, **rd Feb **** they picked the product and promise to will get a refund next day. But very soon I got a call from Flipkart regarding pickup. I said it has been done but they said it did not update from the courier side. Now I have checked to show the message pick up has been cancelled. Now I am in big trouble. I have lost the money and merchandise have been picked. Kindly help me to get out this trouble.
