Cognate Health Services Pvt Ltd - Company denied to cancel policy and refund rs premium

I got a call on dated **/**/**** from a company named cognate health services and a man named Rakesh Jha spoke to me. He told me that you can take a membership of our company for * years of ***** rupees and we will make a card of you and your family members, which you will show in our pannel hospitalsl, then you will get d **% discount of the fees of doctors. There will be a discount of up to **% in medicine bills. The rest of the hospitals which are not in our pannel you will send their bill to our company and then you will get a discount.
But I found out by visiting all the hospitals which were in the list of their pannel, there is no link of any hospital to cognate health services. I confirm it from staff of hospitals which were mentioned in pannel list.
Rakesh Jha clearly said while selling the policy that you can cancel the policy anytime within ** days without any cancellation charges, But now when I want to cancel the policy, the company is refusing.They are saying that you have taken a policy in promotional campaing and have written in the term and condition, but the company sent terms and condition with soft copy of policy documents on the next day **/**/**** after taking the full payment rs.***** advance one day on dated **/**/****and the sales executive did not told anything about promotional campaign clause while giving the policy, Otherwise I do not take this policy.
This is a big froud. Sales executive is not picking my call now and customer care executives refuse to refund my money back.
I have full call recording of company sales executive Rakeshakesh Jha where he promised me about full refund if i cancel the policy anytime within in ** days.
In one call sales executive rakesh jha promised me * times about refund if i cancel the policy. He also promised me about received cashback of rs.**** within ** hours to buy policy which is not received still yet.
Please Get me back my ***** rupees who have been cheated by lying to me.
