Sansui India - Company asking for more money to replace TV

I purchased Sansui ** inch led t.v having sr no ****************** and model no SMC**NB from Harish electronics walcut compound Amravati on date **/**/**** having extended warranty of * years in additional *-year warranty from July first week ****. When the TV stopped working, I created the request NAG-********** for service from Sansui but they didn't solve my tv problem I mentally disturb.
