Paytm Mall - Commited Vouchers not getting issued

I purchased Voltas *.* Ton Air Conditioner (January *st, **** delivered to me on Jan *th, ****) wrt to terms and conditions of cash back along with ****.** voucher (****.** in the form of Electricity vouchers and ****.** in the form of flight vouchers), complaint logged with paytm mall (Reference No.: *********) is not being heard.
The applied cash back code is as following:
"Use Promocode LAPPECO* : Get Flat *% Cashback (Maximum Rs.*****) and also get Rs.**** Cashback* In form of Rs.**** as Electricity Bill Payment vouchers and Rs.**** as flight ticket vouchers* on Flight Bookings".
This also contains a cashback of the interest for zero percent EMI to be returned back after ** days of the purchase in the form of cashback.
I am not certain they would fall true in their commitment of EMI or not as they have not been able to get the vouchers yet.
