Colive Bangalore - Colive security deposit amount not refunded

I vacated in May, after multiple follow up received cheque in Sep. But it got bounced due to insufficient funds.
Since then I raised service ticket and daily calling their customer care but issue not getting resolved. No one is responding to service ticket as well.
I heard many people they did the same thing. I need help to get my refund amount.
