Colive Bangalore - Colive Reservation amount no refund scam

Before I book PG room in coilive **** Brimingham, bangalore, I have discussed with sales person the rent and room number in call and what's app, I have mentioned very clearly the room number *** before doing payment, the sales person assured me that I will reserve your room but after payment he booked *** instead of what room I have asked for and I have made many requests to change the room number after * week he said we cannot give you *** room because the rent is high and they are not PG rooms then how he can give assurance before payment I felt scammed and since I didn't get the room I wanted I asked for refund my amount. Now they say that booking amount is non refundable its part of deposit, how can they book room which I didn't even asked for and how can they refuse refund stating its company policy. I this is not my mistake and I called and raised issue that didn't help me and now my money is in loss. Please help me
