Colive Bangalore - Colive Cleveland Scam

I booked the Colive Cleveland, Bangalore by depositing *****.
There were details like no lock in period, get your money back etc. I used to get constant pressure from the property managers to pay asap before moving in, so I did pay them the full amount.
I was travelling from Bhubaneswar, so I only had one requirement and that was a * wheeler parking and the room to be ready by the time I reach the property.
After reaching the property, no one was there to respond, waited ** minutes and the manager comes and says, they don’t have parking available and the allotted room is not ready as someone else is staying there. It was already **:**pm at night and irrespective of informing them beforehand about my requirements, they still failed to deliver. I left that place and booked a hotel to stay.
Now fast forward to **th of June, they haven’t refunded me a single penny. *****/- gone to waste. Their customer care is not responsive and I have no one to reach out to.
I didn’t even get the chance to see the room and they ate my *****/-.
They are claiming that they refunded **k but that’s also in Colive account which is of no use to me. Kindly help me get the money back from there scammers.
