I moved in to Colive Rio grande on *th February **** and left on **th August ****. i paid all my dues before leaving except for electricity bill for * months since I was charged extremely high amount of **** around per month even though I was consuming ** units per month on an average (* times the actual amount) without any proof of actual bill.They were not correcting it even after multiple complaints. I had to leave colive on first of August since I was not well and taking rest in relative's house I couldn't move my things until *th of August and as agreed by the relationship manager about same. In the colive app they unnecessarily put extra amount and if we don't clear them we will not be able to raise an exit request which I have informed to them before aswell . I have paid the deposit of ***** when I joined and they have told they will cut **** when we leave and handover the remaining amount. Now I am waiting for my refund of **** excluding electricity bill and deposit which they hold back but instead I get a legal notice from them saying I need to pay the rent of ***** for August month which I technically stayed for * days only and upon that ***** of notice period amount which was never told earlier while joining and god knows what it means. Along with these other extra bills they are demanding a total cost of ***** plus legal notice charge of ***** .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
