Uber Eats India - Cold and bad food delivered

We had ordered fixed food through uber eats and they send us panjabi fix thali of *** in just rs ** in an offer.
The food is not edible and too cold to eat so we had just called them up for replacement buy they have just gave us the promo offer for **rs but denied to do either rellacement or weithout refund taking away the cold food. We are now trying to reach them on customer care but after ** min of the calls they make them enable to talk with us and just cut the call off without saying anything and this is happen twice !!!
It is very worst experience i have ever faced and i recommand not to order anything from uber ears if such incedents happen and no support is there....
