Ship rocket is the worst company. they are just using peoples money and cheating in the name of courier logistics. these are frauds. they have my product and cod amount wallet amount. they just keep telling raise a ticket and it will be resolved within ** hours but since * and half month there is no proper response from them. they just tell we tried reaching you but couldn't. while spam call comes why only ship rocket call don't come @shiprocket this company should be closed. We should all fill complaint against them and close the company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
