Club Mahindra Holidays - club mahindra cheated me deducted emi s even after certain requests of cancellation

I purchased club mahindra membership from their representative Mr.Tushar, but within a week I cancelled the membership because of financial crisis of corona pandemic. But even after giving written application of cancellation, they are charging Emi’ by way of ECS From my bank account. I want a full refund of ₹ *****as I had cancelled it immediately . But now the customer care is being ignorant and their representative is also ignoring me. I have also written email to their head of grievances redressal but no response from them So help me get my hard earned money so that i can fulfill my family’s basic needs in this corona pandemic Im attaching emails written to them as evidence and for understanding of whole matter and further reference. Please take this case into concern
