I placed an order for * dresses on the website lifehackscloth.in on August **th, ****. I found this "clothing brand" via an ad on FB. The total bill for the same was INR ****. This was supposed to be a gift to someone very close to me, in fact giving instructions to them to remove price tags while delivering the item. This has been a very futile and mentally straining experience. I have followed up with them three times on Aug **th, Aug **st, and Sep **th all on mail. The only response I received was on **th asking me to wait. And then nothing after that. I tried to reach them repeatedly on call as well but to no avail. Not only is my money stuck with them, but, I also had to spend it elsewhere to get clothes. Their website is not even opening up now. This has been a very traumatizing and mentally draining experience and I've never been in a situation where I'm being duped and this has certainly given me a lot of anxiety. I hope this gets resolved and I get my refund or the clothes.
