Placed order in last week of Aug ****. Till now no news. Called customer care in *nd week of Sept **** They keep shifting the call to * to * persons . when asked for refund , as they mentioned they cannot deliver, they ask for all ur bank and credit card details. I told them to refund to the same account from where it has been debited. Yet they want the details and then started talking very rudely. Need refund.. and kindly safe other people from such malicious cheats who swindle with people's money and trust. That affect other sincere persons hard work.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
