The package tampered with, items went missing along with the original package. The package was not being delivered by several call attempts. Then communicate with the delivery guy and assist to deliver as the new package was not having any address written on it except contact no. The new package contained * small raw mangoes which were not mine. After many attempts to get any resolution from DTDC, they asked us to wait till the date and not finally told us we did not get anything and we are sorry.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
