Airtel Secure One Assist - Claim rejected

Accidentally my phone got damaged that was covered under airtel secure policy,

While claiming, One Assist team saying that claim is rejected cause of ur negligence..

* questions..

*. Who damages own phone intentionally?

*. If phone is getting damaged than obviously there will be someone's negligence.. without negligance phone will never get damaged.

*. In what circumstances or conditions will u approve claim ? Because every damaged fon will have someone' negligence hidden behind.

Kindly stop harassing customers and use some brain and provide claim .. else m trying what i can do.. court will be last option..
