Airtel Secure One Assist - ESCALATION action required for not activating of one airtel Secure plan on my platinum pack and pho

This is a serious issue. Airtel representative is denying my claim with multiple unnecessary reasons, even without understanding and going through documents.
*: first she said your phone is not in warranty (note : my phone is still to complete * year so its in warranty)
*: She said I have provided order copy not the invoice one (but that is amazon purchase product and it was invoice copy)
*: She said address issue as per company benefit we get tax benefit if we just mention CO in address details but main owner is myself (even i can provide company confirmation on this) but she is not able to help me in any way ..
I am the owner of a phone and as per rule i have paid an amount from my bank and all billing details are on my name. They are making excuses to cancel this offer .
