Barkha Agarwal filed complaint against Meesho App on Jan 30, 2022
As a seller, we are asked to share the package opening video and other images including return packslip, all angels of outside package ,etc. But still company is rejecting our claims due to below mentioned reason,
"Based on past data, we have observed that the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order."
We are genuine sellers, but company is going against their policy in rejecting our claims.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
