have Taken complete protection plan for my mi tv on **.**.**** for * years validity.
On **.**.**** i filed a complaint for my broken glass and gree line visibility in my tv. Till date my problem has not been solved and i deserve a claim amount as per my policy purchased .
None of ur executive is supportive and moreover they are not responding me also nd saying that i am not eligible for any claim amount.
The man belonging to mi company has also told me strictly that i should get claim under my protection plan. The man belonging from flipkart also told me that your damages comes under the protection plan.
Moreover my damages is accidental and in clause its clearly written that claim has to be given in any accidental damage
Please look forward to it as it is highly unacceptable.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
