SHISHIR KUMAR filed complaint against Citibank on Aug 16, 2018
Citibank has removed the credit card from my account without informing and amount which i have to pay on card was ** thousands but i had points over their also. Which they have denied to redeemed.
I was not able to pay money since i dunt have details and after so many call with their customer care, no one has reached for closure and now they have added interest on that and asking now *****.**. No senior executive from citibank has reached me for closure.
Kindly help me as it's affecting my cibil score too.
