HRISHIKESH PAUSKAR filed complaint against Citibank on Aug 9, 2018
my Citibank saving account details were breached without my knowledge from a third party. I was made aware by third party about my funds and salary credit from company over a message .
After numerous complaints to Citibank call centers(***********) I have not received any satisfactory responses from Citibank . Citibank seems to be helpless in addressing this serious security breach issue as call center agent conveyed stating no investigation can be performed .
Even after providing enough evidences that includes Voice proof,message screen shots .Citibank is unable to provide solution. this is serious issue as all details of citibank customers are compromised. this can lead to major consequences if this details are disclosed to unknown parties .
Request you to please help in investigating this issue and take appropriate actions .
