i have overdue payment of my sbi card , and sbi sold this account to kotak mahindra bank for due amount collection , after that kotak bank executive contact me and i have ready paid full amount. in **st march **** i have paid full amount to kotak bank after ** days i told them to close my sbi card in cibil report now they are saying that we are not closed this sbi account from cibil report now they are harrase me for telling me lies.. and costumer care also not rply properly and i have send so much mail for kotak payment email id, they are not give any reply to me.
