Hi I have taken loan from nira app in **** after the payment of all emi before time I have closed the loan of ***** and they have provided noc for the same but from last * years I am mailing nira custom support to update that information in the cibil but this people has not updated my correct information after * years too, my loan still says active in cibil report I have share the same information to nira support numerous time but this people are not helping me. Plz help
