My Brother may took a Personal loan from Nira Finance. they have given Personal Loan and Not Took any guarantor. How Someone can access their personal data and Contact their parents, Relatives for repayment. is they given loan to Parents or took any confirm from parents while giving loan ? They are giving mental pressure for my parents and they are patient's and aged persons. After getting a call from this company their health got upset and BP SUGAR level got increased. Will they give me loss of parents If anything happens to them from their threatened call. Sending Recovery agents to home and damaging their reputation and all things are opposite to RBI Guidelines. How can company give loan without doing any CPV for customer. If customer is having another address in adhar card and they are staying in some other place taking loans. Will parents responsible for that ?
