I had purchased through flipkart one bf chimney of elica brand on ** march ****. Installation on * April late evening. On * april i lodge complaint about stopping again and and company replaced the parts but problem is the same.Now elica is not ready for replacement because giving me the excuses that as I have bought it from flipkart, ask flipkart for replacement .Now flipkart is saying that brand has to provide the replacement. Now tell me what to do with this chimney. What about my mental harassment.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
