It pains me in sharing that I have had very bad experience with hdfc Bank where not only I faced a lot of inconvenience but also monetary loss.
In brief, I deposited a sbi Bank Balance Transfer cheque # ****** dt-**/**/**** against my credit card Balance outstanding on dated **/**/****. When I checked statement I found the cheque transaction was not done. I was surprised and disappointed as I remembered entering the correct details on deposited slip and had submitted on dated **/**/****.
I tried reaching out for the help-desk on the hdfc Bank-Mumbai (***-********) number but the hdfc csr have unable to see transaction entry & say they have limited access so they can’t help me regarding this.
On *nd Feb **** when I have connected through hdfc Bank Grievance Department they given me Query Reference Number-*********** but closed this query as they reversed neft the amount to the source account on **.**.**** without provided any proper details of neft and now they provide me new Query Reference Number-*********** but still they are unable to provide below required details.

I feel aggrieved not only for the inconvenience but also for the loss of Rs **,***?-. I further feel pained as hdfc Bank has grievance Dept. not support ** x *.
I am confident that due to technical issue from hdfc Bank neft, I have faced loss of the said amount and look for redress of the same.
