I HAVE A PERSONAL LOAN IN HDB THIRUVERUMPUR, TRICHY BRANCH.
I WAS GIVE THREE CHECK LEAFS FOR NACH ADD. BRANCH SALES MANAGER (ROBBERT) WAS COLLECT THE CHECK LEAFS. HE MISUSED THESE CHECK LEAFS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. HE DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE INSURANCE.
IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AMOUNT RS.**** WAS DEBITED TODAY(**.**.****) THROUGH CHECK LEAF. ALREADY I HAVE A INSURANCE IN SAME COMPANY. SO I DONT NEED THIS INSURANCE. SO PLEASE TAKE A NECESSARY ACTION FOR SALES MANAGER (ROBBERT).
