Cash back offer of RS.****/- Refused by HDB. My bank acct has sufficient balance on due date. I gave mandate to deduct EMIs from my account. HDB fails to initiate ECS on due date. It is not my fault. For this reason they refused their promise of cash back offer RS.****/- against the loan completely liquidated in due course.
