check-in denied by hotel oyo spot on ***** because they do not accept local IDs but your useless oyo app has written that they accept local IDs. I was standing in front of the hotel for ** minutes because your oyo representatives were putting my call on hold all the time. It was * pm and was harassed completely. I made * calls to customer care and at last one guy from oyo said that they will give me a refund because oyo was not able to find any hotel nearby which can accept local ID. Now according to you we should take the refund and sleep outside the hotel on the road. You and your service suck. I travelled back to my place which was ** km away from that hotel. I want my travel expenses of OLA cab which I took and my refund. I am also filing a case against you for harassment and cheating in the consumer forum.
