Prashant Dixit filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on Jul 30, 2018
i had deposited my one cheque in this branch in april **** but unfortunately it was not processed neither any of bank employee bothered to inform me about the cheque. I had visited asalawas branch no of times personally but every time it is said that we are tracking your cheque & inform you once it will be tracked.But did not informed me. than after doing so much follow up they shared one POD no in Dec'** claiming that my cheque has been dispatched to my address when i said that i have never received any cheque & request them to check with courier company they refused and asked me to check with my self. i was surprised how they can talk like this and does not own their things if you have dispatched some thing than you should ask to courier company but any way it was about my money so i was in pain. i spoke to the courier company & request them to share the detail of pod shared by bank and again got shocked that the same cheque has been returned to the dispatching branch at the same day.refer attached pod(delivered shipment) detail. but no one informed me about this.. than i again request to asalwas branch employee at mail(refer my trails mail to Mr yogesh at asalwas Branch) but no one even bothered to revert to me.
when customer did not pay credit card payment even for one month bank poses interest, penalty in the next bill of credit card but whats about my money which is hold due to bank employees negligence means bank money is money but there is no value of customers money now as of today i.e.till **.**.**** my money is hold due to negligence of bank employees for *** days by the day date at which i deposit my cheque at asalawas branch which was **.**.****. So my cheque amount also will be calculated as per the calculation rate of credit card overdue amount. plz refer attached excel sheet for the same. this is tjust the amount but whats about the mental suffering which i suffered because of your bank employee. first of all, plz refund the same to me or either settle with my credit card bill.
how can hdfc close communication and matter like this without resolving customer concern. mr akhil malhotra committed me that he will provide the call detail against which hdfc informed me about my cheque status in april ****..now this kind of shoking irresponsible mail me reciving from hdfc which is reflecting as a detector & seems like that hdfc only does one way communication & does not listen customer voice & problem..
now they just closed the matter from their side without providing the facts. even their top Official mr akhil malhotra gave commitmnet to provide me call detail but did not provide yet!!!!!!!!!!
this matter is not closed at all from my side..
as per mr malhotra commitment, either provide me call detail against which hdfc personnel has called me in April **** to inform my cheque status otherwise pay my compensation as per the excel sheet raised by me.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
