Vamsi Krishna filed complaint against BigBasket on Feb 22, 2018
I have ordered chicken from BigBasket. It was supposed to be delivered on **st Feb between * to * pm. However, it was not delivered. Additionally, they have sent a message that the item has been delivered. When I call back, they promise to provide a solution in ** mins. And I had made * such calls. Since, their customer care has a premium number, the calls are charged at premium prices. Each call costed somewhere between ** - ** INR. The bill is attached for reference (for chicken). There is no proper response from the team.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
