I was called by SBI Credit Card executive for offer exclusively for me for their premium card during the lockdown (May, ****). I accepted the offer and applied for the card, and the executive took my documents through whatsapp.
When I received the card, it was different card then what I actually applied for asking with charges which was not mentioned before.
I didn't wanted to use the card. Generally credit cards from other banks are not activated until the customer did so. But the SBI credit card was already active (I didn't know that) and bill was generated for annual fee. I raised ticket stating the reason for deactivating the card: Ticket number/ SR no: ************. But the card didn't got deactivated. I also mailed regarding the same to nodalofficer@sbicard.com four card deactivation and complain but no response.
Later auto-debit started to happen from my saving bank account for the bills of credit card. I didn't authorised for this auto-debit, how do they do this without any confirmation or approval?
Finally I got my card deactivated, but the pending bill amount is still getting deducted from my bank account. I didn't use the card even once.
