Indiacakes - Cheating online cake shop

On **th April ****, around *.** pm, I have placed an order for my sister's birthday (a cake worth Rs. ***.**), paid amount online as Cash on delivery option is not available. After payment, in track order window, the status was shown as payment pending. So, i got doubt and tried calling customer support/online chat option, none worked as they are offline. then received a mail stating payment is successful. But no more status update after that. My sister didnt receive her bday cake also. **th morning i chatted with customer support, person name Ruchika attended the chat, didnt give proper response, or even a sorry. while chatting itself i got a message stating pay Rs additional rs. *** if that needs to be delivered. I asked her what is that amount, she told me that its a delivery fee. after few conversations, she told me to write a mail to orders*@indiacakes.co.in to cancel the order, then no response from them. I wrote a mail to them that i cannot pay delivery fee, and also few other mails to cancel the order. But still now, no response from them. And i noticed many bad comments about this website, many people they have cheated. Kindly help poor people from this online frauds. Mental stress is more and waste of time.
