I have a placed an order for cake on Mother’s day. I dint get a confirmation of my order from this company. However after sometime I received a text and a mail asking to pay ***rs more as delivery charge for extra distance. I replied the mail asking to cancel the order. But there is no reply. I tried calling their customer care which never gets attended. Its all fake. Tried all their numbers,chat, whatsapp etc.. But there is no response. Everything looks fake.. I got cheated.. Lots of people must be getting cheated. Please take action against them. Should shut down their website.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
