Flipkart - Cheating on exchange of products

Flipkart order id (OD******************). I ordered a MacBook air on exchange and the order got cancelled because of a very nominal scratch in the corner. How can Flipkart expect an old laptop without even a single scratch? I am sure Flipkart is cheating with this program as the delivery boy was desperately looking to get something and when I said I would talk to customer care he was very confident that they won't accept my request and would ask to pay the additional amount. It's a clear case of cheating that they are showing good exchange amount on the product and them simply rejecting it and asking for more money.
