Worst customer care from Flipkart. Ordered laptop on offer. Delivery severely delayed beyond three weeks, Custcare calls me and asks to cancel order&place new order(w/o offer).Commits via email to refund price diff upon product delivery.
As requested by Flipkart agent (Mr. Sujith B) on **th August **** via both email and phone, I had cancelled my old order (order # OD******************) and placed a new order for the same product at a higher price. My new Order ID is OD******************, and it has been delivered to me. Intimated Flipkart immediately. After a week of no response, Now they bluntly REFUSE TO REFUND the price difference! Cheats to the core. STAY AWAY FROM FLIPKART

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
