Aman Arora filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jun 7, 2018
I booked on package on Makemy Trip and paid a partial amount for the booking anr thr remaininb amount which was left to be paid was Rs *****.
Yesterday I recieve an email saying that the remaining amount for my booking as per date is Rs *****, please find the email attached. So I paid the amount assuming that the price has been dropped and the interface said nothing remains for this booking id ...snapshot attached.
Again today I am forced to pay extra amount for the booking ID which was settled yesterday.
I want to escalate this matter and would like to file this. I would be glad if you could guide me how to proceed.
