I ordered a product from flipkart a realme classic watch order id : OD*****************(seller..: fashion forever store) on march *nd **** at *:** pm. I received the product on **th march ****. Then they trying to cheat me and they give me a wrong product in the realme box. It is not an actual orginal product . Then i requsted to replace the product on flipkart order page. Then they approved request and they giving ** day of time to replace the product . And then the **th day they approvel requst is canceled. Then i again contact the flipkart coustemer service ,then they give again ** day . June *nd **** is the last date for replacement time they given and then finally they again cancel the approval to replacing the product on ** th April **** at **:**am . Then again and again the seller is trying to cheating me. Lots of time a contact to flipkart customer service center but the doesn't take a action. I requested to refund my money but they not respond and they ask me to wait till at ** th April to receive a call from seller authority. They are trying to cheating me again. Please take a action to my problem and make a decision and help me to refund my money get back.
