Travel Triangle - cheating by Traveltriangle

Respected Sir,
It is submitted as under:-
*) I was married to Smt.Nidhi Goel on **th April, ****.Earlier to it we planned our tour to Europe after marriage and accordingly we contacted M/s Holiday Triangle Travel Private Ltd for guidance and arrangements in the middle of march, ****.The Travel agency on its part informed us to deposit an amount of rupees ***** amount for booking the chosen Europe package which was to be done by their registered agent Flycheapest.
*) We deposited rupees ***** as per demand of travel agency on **th March , ****.Then they travel agency asked us to deposit amount of ***** rupees for Hotel and flight bookings and same was paid to us on **th March,****.
*) The agency further asked to deposit further ***** rupees for releasing other vouchers of the trip and we paid same amount accordingly on **th April, ****.Then the agency asked us to furnish documents which were required for obtaining Visa which were duly submitted by us to their vendor M.K International on **th April, ****.The whole affair was organized by Mr.Shubham Sharma the employee of travel triangle and Neha and Naik who were employees of Flycheapest. An assurance was given to us by Shubham and Naik etc that your visa shall be taken care off by them.
*) Few days after submission of documents we were told to submit the documents again to M/s Udaan India which was submitted to them on **th April,****.
*) We were asked to furnish some other document and pay remaining amount of **.*** as the matter was to be closed .Sh.Pushpinder Goyal my father in law felt suspicious and asked the agency to first arrange the Visa and other travel documents only then the remaining payment would be paid. On this the Mr.Naik from Flycheapest informed that the visa appointment has been taken at VFS, Delhi and submit the furnished documents such as itinerary ,Hotel Vouchers and Flight tickets plus personal bank statements. We did the same as told to us by Flycheapest and paid final installment of **,*** rupees to Travel Triangle. On **th May I was informed through message by Mr.Naik your visa has been processed and ready for collection.
*) On **th May, **** I contacted Mr.Vinod from Udaan India in order to collect my visa as I was going to airport to board flight but I was shocked when I was told by Mr.Vinod that our visa has been rejected by Swiss embassy and thus m and my wife have been cheated of our money and caused unnecessary harassment. Also I came to know that hotel bookings were not prepared correctly.
*) On the same day we and our parents went the Travel Triangle corporate office to ask for refund but flatly refused to refund our money s per their policies.
It is requested that since we were cheated and deprived of our money fraudulently suitable action be taken against the person found guilty and refund our money.
