I have taken a loan from home credit India finance for ******, my loan interest rate is **.**%. My EMI was ****/- per month. I have paid *,**,***/- for ** months. I asked them to close my loan they said I need to pay ******/- for foreclosure of the loan. The problem is I need to pay ******/- for my loan. Now what they are saying ****.**/- per month they are deducting as interest from my EMI. Asked them they said we charge like that and you can do whatever you want. Kindly help me with this.
