I ordered flowers on **th jan which was nit delivered. They were not ready to refund as well and convinced to reorder which is also not delivered. No reply to calls and once the call was kept on hold to avoid the conversation. Order number is *********.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
