I placed two order in both case payment was deducted and payment failed message was shown over portal .

I connected to customer chat window and they updated money was refunded which can be credit in your account *-* business day.
Then I placed second order

And they had confirmed the order and mentioned that it will be delivered till ** feb ****.
But order not yet delivered and now they blocked my number as well.
