All Eyes Over Here - Cheated me by taking money and didn’t send the product

Looking at their Instagram account I have liked one of the Lehenga. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they said they will send without paying for shipping charges. I was like how come one wouldn’t need money for shipping. Though I had a doubt I went and said yes and lehenga arrived after * week of purchase. I was so surprised looking at the cloth and design which almost looked like a cloth which isn’t even worth *** rupees. So I said o don’t want any other lehenga and send me my amount back. They were like we will not give you your money you have buy some other product and now I will have to pay for returning the previous lehenga. And for the lehenga which I am gonna order now. I asked them several times I don’t want any just give my money back and they don’t event respond on WhatsApp. I had no other choice now. So I did return the lehenga and paid extra money for the other lehenga. Now its been * month and I keep texting and calling no one responds to neither calls or messages. I can’t evencomment on their insta to let people know about this, so that no one else would be cheated like me by them.
