I had used the APP** coupon on this order. With this I had to get **% off and **% cash back but while the payment was made full amount was deducted from my account. I did not get any off or cash back. Please initiate refund & cashback asap. Attaching the screenshot that shows that coupon was applied while the item was in the cart.
Here is the case ref. number is CH-******-**** for your reference. Need resolution asap. I am having a loss of **** due to the technical issue with the tool. It’s my hard earned money. Need you all to address this asap.
Customer care says they cannot refund. I would like to cancel my order if they cannot give me a discount and cash back.
